1. Appointment Policy: Clients must schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated if there is availability, but priority will be given to clients with appointments.
2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Health and Vaccination Requirements: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination may be required.
4. Aggressive or Difficult Pets: The grooming salon reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to the safety of our staff or other pets. If a pet becomes aggressive or difficult during the grooming process, the salon may stop the service.
5. Pet Health and Safety: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming, accidents can happen. The grooming salon will not be held responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the grooming process.
6. Matting and Coat Condition: Pets with severely matted coats may require additional grooming time and may incur additional charges. The salon reserves the right to shave or trim excessively matted coats for the pet's comfort and well-being.
7. Fleas and Parasites: Pets found to have fleas or other parasites will be treated accordingly at the owner's expense. The salon may refuse service to pets with severe infestations.
8. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. The grooming salon accepts cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment as specified. Returned checks may incur additional fees.
9. Photos and Social Media: The grooming salon may take photos of pets before and after grooming for promotional purposes. By bringing your pet to the salon, you grant permission for these photos to be used on the salon's website or social media platforms.
10. Liability: The grooming salon will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to pets, owners, or property while on the premises.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The grooming salon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. By using the services of the grooming salon, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
